THE BRIEF
The objective was to position iD as the preferred continence care brand for healthcare professionals across Community, Aged Care, NDIS, and broader healthcare environments. The campaign aimed to increase awareness while encouraging healthcare professionals to request product samples through the campaign microsite.
OUR APPROACH
We developed a targeted awareness campaign centred around the iD Secret microsite, combining clear product messaging with healthcare-focused communications. The campaign highlighted key product benefits and guided healthcare professionals toward sample ordering to encourage product trial and consideration.
THE OUTCOME
The campaign increased visibility of the iD brand within key healthcare sectors while driving engagement with the microsite. The strategy successfully encouraged greater product trial and supported stronger adoption across multiple healthcare settings.
