  • Established Trade Advertising in 2009.
  • Grew up in Wanaka, NZ.
  • Studied Marketing & Management.
  • Senior Marketing roles at Shell and Dulux Group in NZ, Malaysia and Australia

Anthony Polovineo

General Manager

  • Began his career in the motor industry with Subaru.
  • Switched to the Agency side with BAM/SSB.
  • Recruited by TBWA to run Nissan retail & Apple accounts.
  • Transferred to China as GM of TBWA\Beijing.
  • Moved to Cambodia with Riverorchid Group.
  • Senior Management roles with Ogilvy in Mongolia & Myanmar.

Jo Noack - Clements

Art Director

  • Worked with Clemenger BBDO after completing Graphic Design at Swinburne University.
  • Spent 11 years in Dublin working for Saatchi & Saatchi and BBDO Dublin.
  • Developed through the line campaigns for Guinness, Bank of Ireland, Aer Lingus, Uncle Toby’s and 7-UP to mention just a few.
  • Joined Trade Advertising in 2010.

Tej Parekh

Web & Applications Developer

  • Tej started building websites and Apps in various programming languages after graduating with a degree in Software Engineering.
  • In 2016 he took a master’s degree in IT at Sydney University, graduating with distinction.

Adam Searle

Executive Creative Director

  • Previously Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy and McCann WorldGroup.
  • His claim to fame was working on the second Qantas campaign ‘I still call Australia home’.
  • Adam has worked on many national and international brands.
  • Has created TVCs and Digital campaigns for clients like; Unilever, Telstra, McDonalds, KFC and Qantas.
